To BEE or Not to BEE: Neal’s Yard Remedies Frankincense Intense Lift Serum Review

I received the Neal’s Yard Remedies Frankincense Intense Lift Serum for free to try out This product gets a positive Buzz rating from AngelaBeeand review.  I’ve used a drop of the serum morning and evening for the past two weeks.  It definitely is doing something each time I apply it.  It dries quickly  and feels like it’s setting and firming up the skin, especially along my jaw line.  This is a dropper style dispenser and one drop gives me enough to do my face and neck.  This isn’t an oily serum, but more of a loose lotion.  I enjoy the scent of the frankincense as well.  I just feel like I’m doing something healthy for my skin each time I use the Lift Serum.  I intend to use the rest of the bottle so I can see if there are any visible signs of lifting after more applications.  So far this gets a Positive BUZZ from me.  Stay tuned for more information in a future empties post.

– FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE –  (Calgary, AB March 2017)

“We can’t do much about how stressful and busy our lives are, but we can age well by reducing the impact stress has on our skin.”

In May, 2017, Neal’s Yard Remedies will launch Frankincense Intense Lift Serum, an ethically sourced, organic serum clinically proven to help you stress less by promoting a sense of relaxation and wellbeing through the ancient power of frankincense essential oil. Developed by scientists, it is proven to visibly lift and recontour the skin while preventing the breakdown of collagen and stimulating elastin production.

“What matters to us are people, their health and their happiness. We’re obsessed with discovering and delivering natural ways to improve health and wellbeing through our outstanding natural and organic skin and body care products. We also believe passionately that our environment is of vital importance, both in its own right and as the source of many of the plants vital to our wellbeing.

Neal’s Yard Remedies first opened their doors in London, England nearly forty years ago as an apothecary, and today, their roots in natural plant-based remedies are evident in each of their luxurious health and beauty products. Neal’s Yard Remedies ethos is simple: do good, feel good, and look good. This manifests as a company dedicated to protecting our fragile planet and all its inhabitants. Neal’s Yard Remedies only uses natural and organic ingredients free of harmful chemicals. They have never tested on animals, and are committed to trading ethically and fairly. The passion and care that is infused into all parts of the company is notable – the company boasts a lengthy list of awards, including Best Ethical Brand and Best Organic Skincare Brand. In addition, Neal’s Yard Remedies was the first organic skincare accredited by the Soil Association.

It can be argued that there is a global shift occurring in consumer choice from processed and mass-produced products towards those that are local, organic, and ethically sourced. In Canada, for example, it is estimated that since 2006, there has been a 300% sales growth of organic products – a notion not lost on Lisa Costello, CEO. In 2013, Costello fell in love with the products and spirit of Neal’s Yard Remedies while living and working in London. She recognized that not only was there a growing market in Canada, but a need for accessibility to products that made the world a better place.

“I brought NYR to Canada because of the simple belief that by bringing high quality, award-winning organic products to the forefront of the cosmetics industry, we can start to influence customer behaviour.  I want people to start thinking about the broader perspective of the purchases they make, such as the manufacturing process, environmental impact, and how to maximize their health and wellness without compromising the planet or other people.  I want people to know that companies like NYR exist AND can provide amazing results to the skin they wear every day. I believe that by providing these options to Canadians, we can all work together to make the world a better place.” – Lisa Costello
