What I Keep Reaching For 6 – Lancome Grandiose Mascara

voxbox-blogimage-popup2

I’ve been using the new Lancome Grandiose Mascara for about 10 days now and I really like it.  Note that you will need an actual eye makeup remover (I reccomend Mary Kay Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover) to get this mascara removed each night.

Pros:  The shape of the wand let’s you get all your lashes coated, even tiny ones, and those located in the inner corners without the wand leaving marks on your face.  It does lengthen your lashes and fans them out.  No clumping.  No smudging or flaking.  This one makes me feel like I have doll’s eyes, with those really long and dark lashes. The packaging is gorgeous!

Cons: Since I already have long lashes, I usually look for a volumizing product which this is not.  If I haven’t got on a complete eye look, then this mascara doesn’t look right on me.  I looked up the price and it’s $35.00 on Sephora.  A bit pricey for most budgets.

Positive Buzz  I’m giving Lancome Grandiose Mascara a postive buzz.

Lancome is on the left eye and Cover Girl LashBlast Volume on the right eye. I have no other makeup on in this photo.
