                        As a Sales Director with a team of over 65 people, I was responsible for training  new consultants and developing leaders.  I held unit meetings every week and put together my own educational programs and promotions.  I spent a lot of time doing displays at the local fairs and craft shows for connecting with the public.  I am also responsible for getting leads, calling to book facials and parties, customer service calls and deliveries, holding classes to teach skin care and colour cosmetics, inventory control, office work and money management including using Moneris, Propay, and PayPal.

Highest Position Achieved: Sales Estimator

                        From blueprints, I estimated the cost of labour and materials for painting commercial projects.  I prepared and submitted quotes & tenders.  I frequently worked with architects, general contractors, and municipalities.  I also represented the company at local events and door to door to increase residential paint work.

I was responsible for helping our members with their workouts on the resistance circuit and treadmills.  I sold memberships, represented our gym at local fairs, answered telephones, and general cleaning.

Highest Position Achieved: Office Assistant for Mary Kay Sales Directors (self-employed)

Responsible for all office duties including filing, phone, newsletters, creating flyers and promotions, maintaining websites, accounting, and brainstorming with the Director for educational days, retreats, and weekly meetings.
