Since starting the the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge I’ve been drinking about 2 cups of Soy or Almond Milk each day (unsweetened). I usually mix 1 cup of the milk with 2 scoops of the Vi-Shake and some frozen fruit or a banana. I am using the nutritional shakes to replace my breakfast (not that I used to eat breakfast) and either my lunch or my afternoon snack. I still have 2 other snacks and my supper.
No Frills carries the So Good and So Nice soy milks that the coupons are for. Lately they’ve been on sale for $3.29 and I’ve used my coupons.
