Just heard this last night on the ViSalus Vision call with Blake Mellon and I wanted to expand on his thoughts and ideas. Whatever the average person usually does, do a little bit more. 1 more phone call, 1 more Challenge party, 1 more new customer, 1 more new Promoter.
This process would be good to do every Thursday, which is the last day of each pay period in ViSalus. YES WE GET PAID WEEKLY AND MONTHLY!! Of course you want to do this the last 2 days of each month, but why wait? Break down your goals by week instead of month.
1. Are you getting your challenge kit free next month? If not, make sure you have 3 customers with autoships that equal 3 times that of your challenge kit.
2. Are you qualified to get paid this week and this month? If not make sure you have an autoship order in place and either $125 personal order or $200 customer sales.
3. Is every promoter on your team getting a challenge kit free next month? Call those who aren’t and help them get their 3 customers.
4. Is every customer you and your team have, getting their challenge kits free? Call them.
5. Which promoters are close to Rising Star Director? Work with them to increase their customer sales and to have 3 active promoters.
6. Which promoters are close to BMW and Regional Director? Work with them to finish up their goals.
7. Do you have enough points to be in the Weekly Enrollers Pool?
So go the extra mile, the little bit more every WEEK and MONTH. Stay the course and focus on your goal.
